近年來，我們不斷地努力思考提升兒童遊具妥善率，盡心盡力去改善國內兒童遊戲設備缺失；同時我們也對其他品牌設備商＆同業遊具提供維修保養與修繕更新等服務，期盼能達到「人盡其才，地盡其利，物盡其用，貨暢其流」理想大同世界。

本規範適用於設置兒童遊戲場設施之各場所。本規範所稱兒童遊戲場設施，指無動力固定於兒童遊戲場，供二歲至十二歲兒童使用之非機械式之兒童遊戲設施。

為因應國內遊戲場之多元發展，使「遊戲場」成為「每個兒童」平等共享的休閒娛樂環境，衛生福利部社會及家庭署特研訂「兒童共融遊戲場設計參考手冊」，供各縣市政府及行政機關參考引用。

臺北市「Play for All」政策強調「共融從過程開始」，近年導入在地居民、家長及兒童共同參與遊戲場之新闢與改造，由2016年至今由規劃、設計、施工監造、維護管理到公民團體的參與已逐漸建立一套成熟及有系統的執行經驗及相關規範標準作業流程，為了提升未來遊戲場之品質，建立遊戲場作業之一致性，彙編本工作手冊以提供本處於新建及改造遊戲場時之作業標準及依據。

本手冊主要參考CNS國家標準、衛生福利部「兒童遊戲場安全指引手冊」、美國消費者安全協會的公共遊戲場安全手冊及共融遊戲場安全準則等，也包含新北市相關推動經驗，可作為操作架構及快速指引的業務綱領，供新北市各級機關參考依循，並依個案特質、適地適性予以調整。

本指南從桃園遊戲場的佈局到遊戲場規劃、設計、辦理公民參與上容易忽視、應注意的事項，提供在遊戲場新闢、整建時可供參考的依據，以落實保障兒童的遊戲權利並促進桃園遊戲場的整體發展。

「臺中美樂地1.0」重新檢視臺中市兒童遊樂場遊戲空間環境改善，「2.0」創造特色及主題公園空間推動兒遊空間，「3.0」因應全球化議題以「遮陽」為目標，減少熱傷害、提升孩童遊玩安全。

經濟部標準檢驗局針對檢驗機構於審視遊戲場圖說資料或實地檢驗所面臨標準適用問題，共召開13次釋疑會議，共計199個案例達成檢驗標準共識，可供有相同情形之遊戲場參考。
